A new boutique chocolate company FRANCESCA Chocolates, created by Swiss Master Chocolatier Cornelia Maeder, approached Ian with the idea of creating a custom audio cd for her brand of Grand Cru chocolates. Once we sat down and discussed ideas, we discovered that FRANCESCA was much more than just about the flavours of chocolate. The brand’s philosophy is about enriching ones’ life. Ian thought about each flavour of chocolate to see how we could excite the auditory senses to complement the flavour and bring out an emotional response. So with the balance of flavour, sound, and images, the result far exceeds the sum of its elements.
